There is going to be a LIVE ACTION SMURFS MOVIE! I shit you not. It’s slated to be released in 2010, which means all you folks who think civilization will end in 2012 are wrong by two years. How has it come to this? Don’t blame Coyote or Javelina. They do there part to stomp out the disease of Smurfyness where ever it Rears it’s Ugly Head.

And speaking of the Ugly Head of Smurfyness. While I was drawing this strip and was torn between using “cut and paste” smurfs or try to draw my own. The cut and paste ones turned out to be pretty funny for the joke but not before trying my hand at my own version of a smurf. Here is the result. I call him “Son of a Bitch” Smurf because that’s the only look I could put on his face.
